Fractional CMO and product advisor

For companies that do not need an answer to one question, but a person who holds the whole picture: funnel, metrics, priorities, and the AI layer underneath all three.

When this is the right shape

You have a team that executes well and no one senior deciding what they execute. Or you have a founder doing marketing on top of running the company, and it is the third thing on their list every week. Or growth has flattened and nobody can say which of the six possible reasons it is.

Hiring for this takes six months. A day a week from an agency costs more than the decisions are usually worth. A few hours from someone who has run this before sits in between, and it starts on Monday.

What I hold

  • Funnel and metrics: what to measure, what to fix first, what to drop.
  • Priorities: fewer things, sequenced, with a reason for the order.
  • The AI layer: where it genuinely removes work and where it is a distraction dressed as progress.
  • The team: reviews, hiring specs, and the questions to ask candidates who claim more than they have done.

Most of the work is a conversation about focus rather than about new features.

Where I come from

Two marketplaces, fifteen years across advertising, publishing, hospitality and product. Currently a product owner and shareholder at SEARADAR, a European marketplace, which is where the AI work gets tested first.

Shape and price

From €2,000 a month
A weekly session and availability in between. A few hours a week, three months and up.

I am not taking execution off your team. I hold the picture, decide the order of things, and stay close enough to catch problems while they are still cheap. Delivery stays where it is.

I take a small number of these a year. Enough to keep the work interesting, few enough to do it properly.
